The LAMER website is an online store for purchasing products by the general public via the internet – the owner and operator of the website is LAMER.
The provisions of these terms apply equally to both genders, and the use of masculine or feminine language is solely for convenience.
LAMER allows the use of its website subject to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the website.
These terms constitute a binding contract between the user and LAMER, for all intents and purposes. It is clarified that browsing the website and/or performing actions through the website constitutes the user's consent to accept and act in accordance with the provisions of the regulations.
Online Store Terms
The user is 18 years old and authorized to perform binding legal actions.
The user has a valid Israeli or international credit card.
LAMER may change these terms of use on its website at any time without prior notice.
Purchase through the Website
LAMER may change the product page from time to time, add or remove items, remove products that are no longer in stock, add colors and/or sizes, and update and/or change the item's price from time to time.
It is clarified that the images on the website are for illustration purposes only; images may differ from the actual products, including but not limited to the colors appearing in the images and the details of the items. These differences result, among other things, from the fact that the products are photographed and displayed on a computer screen.
To make a purchase through the website, the user will be asked to enter basic details such as their name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card number.
The user must provide correct details; otherwise, LAMER will not be able to guarantee the execution of the order. Please note that knowingly providing false information may be considered a criminal offense. Civil and criminal legal action may be taken against anyone who submits false information, including but not limited to a claim for damages caused to LAMER due to blocks related to the operation of the website.
The information received by the user through the website will be used, among other things, for sending emails regarding special offers or website updates, only after receiving the user's permission to do so.
The purchase transaction will be completed only after LAMER receives confirmation from credit card companies that the charge has been approved.
The completion of the purchase transaction is also conditioned on the requested items being in stock at the time the order process is completed.
If an item is no longer in stock and/or there is a problem with the supply of the item, for any reason, LAMER will be entitled to notify the user that the order has been canceled. Such notification will be delivered to the user by email and/or phone, at LAMER's discretion. In such a case, the user will have no claim whatsoever against LAMER, and by the mere fact of placing an order, the user waives any such claim.
Confirmation will be sent by email regarding the completion of the transaction.
Coupon codes for new subscribers or other discount coupons will not be available for sale items – no double discount.
LAMER may discontinue a coupon code at any time without prior notice.
When purchasing a GIFT CARD, the amount charged to the card and paid for its purchase is the amount for redemption on the website.
Product Delivery
The delivery of items will be according to the shipping policy on the website.
LAMER will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of items due to "force majeure," state of war, emergencies and natural disasters, strikes, and any other reason beyond LAMER's control.
Warranty on Carriers
The warranty is valid for one year. The warranty includes repair of unraveling seams.
After approximately one year, we can provide repair service at a cost to be determined according to the condition of the carrier.
Responsibility, Security, and Privacy
Credit card details of users making transactions through the website are not stored in LAMER systems as LAMER uses an external company for credit card clearing.
LAMER may transfer the user's personal details to a third party if the user has committed an act or omission that harms or may harm LAMER and/or third parties, the user has used LAMER's services to commit an illegal offense, if LAMER receives a judicial order instructing it to hand over the user's details to a third party and regarding any dispute or legal proceedings.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights to all content on the LAMER website, including but not limited to trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs, methods, and trade secrets, are the sole property of LAMER.
No information shall be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, marketed, or translated from the website (including but not limited to trademarks, images, texts, and computer code) without obtaining LAMER's express prior written consent to do so.
Symbols, all information and/or displays appearing on the website, including graphics, design, verbal display, trademarks, logos, and their arrangement and presentation, are the exclusive property of LAMER and/or anyone on its behalf.
Website Changes and Service Termination
It is clarified that LAMER may, at its discretion, discontinue the website's activity at any time without prior notice.
LAMER may change the list of content and/or services provided through the website, at its sole discretion and without needing to give any prior notice.
Prices for LAMER products may change without prior notice.
Law and Jurisdiction
Any claim related to the LAMER website will be governed by the laws of the State of Israel without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
