Shipping and Return Policy
- Product delivery within 7 business days.
Cancellation of Purchase Transaction, Returns, and Exchanges:
Cancellation of Purchase and Refund:
- We really hope you love the items you ordered, but if you are not satisfied with the product, it can only be returned if it has not been used (beyond trying on), has not been washed, and is returned in its original packaging with the tag.
- For purchases made with shopping vouchers such as Bimmy/Hi-tech Zone/Chaver, the refund will only be credited to the website.
- Products purchased during a sale – only a store credit can be issued.
- A refund will be issued within 30 days of receiving the package. The cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. Shipping fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
- If the shipment has already been dispatched for delivery, the cancellation will incur the shipping cost.
- Product return due to transaction cancellation – 35 ILS for the courier. (Naturally, no refund will be given for shipping that has already taken place)
- Once we receive the item back, we will send you an email notification, and a credit will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase, less shipping fees.
Product Exchange:
A product can only be exchanged if it has not been used (beyond trying on), has not been washed, and is returned in its original packaging with the tag.
Product exchanges are possible in two ways:
- Via a home delivery courier, at a cost of 20 ILS – the courier will come to the customer's home to deliver the new package and pick up the returned package from us.
- By self-collection at no cost – at our boutique at Kol Yisrael Haverim 4, Tel Aviv, during opening hours (Sunday-Thursday 10:30 AM-2:00 PM).
And receive a store credit/exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving the package.
Exchange/Return during a Sale:
Items purchased during a sale can be exchanged/returned within 5 business days from the moment the package is received.
*Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
