Shipping and returns policy

• Product delivery up to 7 business days.

Cancellation of a purchase transaction, returns and exchanges:
Cancellation of purchase and refund:

• We really hope you like the items you ordered, but if you are not satisfied with the product, it can only be returned if it has not been used, and it is also returned in its original packaging along with an exchange/receipt note.

• A refund will be given within 72 hours of receiving the package (and no later than one month of purchase) without refunding the shipping fees if any.
• From 72 hours to 14 days the cancellation will involve a cancellation fee of 5% of the value of the transaction or NIS 100, whichever is lower. No refund of shipping fees if any.
• If the shipment has been delivered, the cancellation will involve the cost of shipping fees.
• Returning the product due to transaction cancellation - NIS 35 per courier. (of course no refund will be given for a mission that has already been carried out)
• After we receive the item back to us, we will send you an email and a credit will be given to the payment method with which the purchase was made minus shipping fees

Product replacement:

Product exchange is possible in two ways:

• Through a courier to the home, at a cost of NIS 50 - the courier will come to the customer's home to deliver a new package and take the returned package to us.
• Through independent arrival at no cost - to our offices in Rishon Lezion - Derech Maccabim 58 E-house complex by prior arrangement.

and receive a cash register/exchange credit for them up to 30 business days from the day of receiving the package.
Exchange/return during sale:
You can exchange/return items purchased in the sale up to 5 business days from the moment of receiving the package.
