Shipping and Returns Policy

  • Product delivery up to 7 business days.
    • Self-pickup by prior arrangement from our offices in Rishon LeZion - Derech HaMaccabim 58, E-house complex.

Cancellation of a purchase transaction, returns and exchanges:
 Purchase cancellation and refund:

  • We really hope you like the items you ordered, but if you are not satisfied with the product, it can only be returned if it has not been used/cleaned in the washing machine, and it is returned in its original packaging (carrier - inside its carrying bag, packed in a bag/closed box).

  • Order cancellation/return/exchange will be made via WhatsApp customer service.

A full refund for the product will be given within 72 hours of receiving the order (and no later than 30 days from receiving the order) without a refund of shipping fees, if any.

  • From 72 hours to 30 days, cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. No refund of shipping fees, if any.
  • If the shipment has been shipped, cancellation will incur the cost of the shipping fees.
  • Returning the product due to transaction cancellation – 35 NIS per courier. (Of course, no refund will be given for a courier who has already been dispatched)
  • A gift card refund on the site is possible up to 30 days from the moment the package is received and is not subject to cancellation fees or return shipping fees.
  • After we receive the item back, we will send you an email and a credit will be given to the payment method used to make the purchase, minus shipping fees.
  • If the product is returned late/not according to our guidelines, no refund will be made and it will be returned to the customer.

Product replacement:

We really hope you like the items you ordered, but if you are not satisfied with the product, it can only be returned/exchanged if it has not been used, and it is returned in its original packaging. (Carrier - inside its carrying case, packed in a closed bag/box)

Product exchange is possible in two ways:

  • By courier to your home, at a cost of 19.90 NIS - the courier will come to the customer's home to deliver a new package and take the package returned to us.
  • By arriving independently at no cost - to our offices in Rishon LeZion - Derech HaMaccabim 58, E-house complex, by prior arrangement.

Exchange/Return During Sale:
 Items purchased on sale can be exchanged/returned up to 5 business days from the moment the package is received.
