Shipping and Returns Policy

We truly hope you love the items you ordered, but if you are not satisfied with the product, it can be returned/exchanged according to the following policy and rules:
- Order cancellation/return/exchange must be made within 30 days of receiving the package, via customer service WhatsApp.

Purchase Cancellation and Refund:
Only if it has not been used (beyond trying on) / cleaned in a washing machine, has its tag, and is returned in its original packaging (carrier - in its carry bag, packed in a sealed bag/box).
- A 35₪ cancellation fee will apply for a shipment that has already been dispatched for delivery and is returned to us, covering shipping costs.
- A product purchased on the company's website can be returned according to the policy in one of the following ways:
1. Via home delivery with a cost of 35₪
2. Via physical return to the store free of charge, during operating hours at the address - Kol Yisrael Haverim 4 Tel Aviv - A product purchased in the physical store can only be returned to the store and not via courier.
- Cancellation of an order placed using shopping vouchers/BuyMe/Hi-TechZone/Haver will be credited with a gift card for the website/company store.

You can receive the credit in one of 2 options:
1. Gift card for the website / store for the full amount of the item minus shipping fees of 19.90₪
2. Credit to the credit card from which the order was placed, minus a 5% cancellation fee from the item's cost and minus 35₪ shipping fees.
- From the moment the package is collected from the customer, the package will reach us within 21 business days, and then undergo inspection. If the products are found to be in good condition, a credit will be issued to a gift card/to the credit card from which the purchase was made (according to the customer's choice). The credit will be issued within 14 business days from the moment of inspection.

A product purchased during pregnancy, therefore exceeding 30 days for return/exchange, if unused and with a tag in its original packaging, can only be exchanged on the website/in-store.
If the product is returned damaged/not according to our instructions, no refund will be issued, and it will be returned to the customer.
Product Exchange:
Product exchange is only possible if it has not been used (beyond trying on) / cleaned in a washing machine, has its tag, and is in its original packaging (carrier - in its carry bag, packed in a sealed bag/box).
Exchange is possible through two methods:
- Via home delivery, at a cost of 19.90₪ - the courier will arrive at the customer's home to deliver a new package and take the returned package back to us.

Exchange/Return during Sale:
Items purchased during a sale can be exchanged/returned within 5 business days of receiving the package.
Items purchased during special sales such as clearance sales/outlet and second-hand sales cannot be exchanged/returned.
